Tips To Help You Connect With The Right Landscape Professional

• Make Sure They Are DOT Registered.
• Make sure they are Registered with City, County and State Governments.
• They need to be Licensed For the application of Pesticides they should be able to show Techs license and the companys Dept of Agriculture License.
• Make sure they Are Members of American Lawn Maintenace Association.
• Be sure they are Member of the Associaton of Greater Grand Rapids Landscape Proffesional.
• They should be a member in good standing with BBB of Michigan.
• They should be able to provide 3 good refferals for the type of work you are having done.
• You should meet someone from that Company in person.
• They should provide you with good contact information where you can speak to a person a cell and office phone numbe.
• Do not Pre pay for entire season for a new company monthly Pre pay is normal and additional charges should only be added with your signed approval.
• If you are disatisfied with his or her work and the problem continues to not get resolved you should be able to cancel your service at anytime with a one weeks notice.
• Don't sign a long term Contract for Residential clients 1 year contracts with up to five year renewls are standard for Commercial Clients.
• Get 2 or 3 estimates and remember the most expensive is probally too much and the cheapest is cheap for a reason.
