Payment Options:

  • Lawn Maintenance
  1. Monthly Pre-Pay for Residential Clients- We calculate the per time rate X's 25 weeks and divide by 7 months. We begin mowing the week of April 15th and wrap up Lawn Maintenance  the week of October 15th. Your first invoice will be created and mailed by March 15th and is due April 1st. We have calculated two skip weeks in this plan which we will use these at our decretion as rain day if it rains two days in a row in a week or in the case we have hot dry weather and we could damage your lawn. If we skip your lawn more than two times we will credit that week in the following billing month.
  2. Bi-Weekly Service- We Calculate Bi weekly service as two cuts per month. Your first payment will be billed on March 15th and is due April 1st. We will wrap things up by October 15th.
  3. Pre-pay entire season: Receive 5% discount. You must sign a contract each year to receive discount.Yearly Price is based on 25 weeks.
  4. Pay for Service: Established Customers more than 3 years of our service with spotless payment history. Commercial accounts with 1099 signed and approved credit. Rental Landlords with multiple properties.
  5. Landscaping/Misc./Master Decking and Fence:
    1/2 down for a deposit to reserve a date for your project Remainder due the day we start project.
